In order to maximize your visit with us here at Dreams Day Spa, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, the time may be deducted from your session. We regret your treatment will still have to end on time, so as not to delay the next guest. Appointments cut short due to late arrival are payable in full.
A Mastercard, Visa or Gift Certificate will be required to secure your reservation.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Making an appointment with one of our professionals allows us to reserve time and space for your exclusive care. For this reason, there is a $55.00 fee charged for same day cancellations as well as a $65.00 no show fee which will be charged to you before your new appointment is made. A charge to your Credit Card or Gift Certificate 100% of appointment value in the event of a no show. A Mastercard, Visa or Gift Certificate is required to secure your appointment. To avoid being charged, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or make a change, we will be happy to assist you.
On Your First Visit
You will be asked to fill out a brief intake form containing general health information, allowing us to provide you with the safest, most appropriate treatments. All information you provide is completely confidential.
A detailed assessment, along with specific suggestions and recommendations for your care, may also be provided by us during your initial or subsequent visits to optimize your results and benefit of treatments.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express& Dreams Certificates. No Personal Checks.
Our services and prices are subject to change without prior notice on our website or printed materials.
Please call the spa before you leave home in order to receive information regarding late opening, closings, or travel conditions.
Service Times and Durations
All quoted service durations are approximate. Some services may vary by 15-20 min depending upon the therapist and the client, as well as the service being performed, the condition of your skin or customization of the service.
